As a member of the Technology & Transformation Leadership Team, you will: * Define and execute an enterprise Data & AI strategy aligned to our growth ambitions* Lead the evolution of our data platform, machine learning, and AI capabilities* Establish and scale AI as a practical, value-generating capability across the business* Build a high-performing Data & AI function that balances innovation with governance and trust* Partner with executive leaders to embed data-driven decision-making into every part of the organisation* Shape industry conversations and represent nib externally on emerging data, AI, and technology trends* Advise Executive Leadership and Board stakeholders on opportunities, risks,
