Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Mackay to lead a 20+ person team, drive the Best Experience, ensure safety compliance, and manage stock and merchandising.
You will report to the Operations Manager and work with multiple departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include rostering, training, and performance coaching, with a focus on safety and ensuring our widest range and best prices are showcased.
A solid leader with weekend availability is preferred.
