Optus is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of managed ITSM services for a Federal Government client.
You will be the primary service delivery lead, ensuring SLAs are met, incidents are managed, and continuous service improvements are delivered, while maintaining financial accountability.
The role is Canberra-based with a requirement for Federal Government Baseline Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
