About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior field engineers, lead complex on-site projects, and be the primary technical contact for our Brisbane-based clients.
What You'll Do
Lead in office technical support visits to client locations
Mentor and guide junior field support engineers
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and network issues
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations
Build and maintain strong client relationships




Document technical solutions and best practices
Work with (and lead components of) Project Delivery teams
