This is a genuine build role; the organisation is developing planning, performance and service improvement disciplines and you will guide a developing team of five while maturing the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework to align the Ten-Year Strategic Plan, Four-Year Delivery Plan, Annual Plan and End of Term Plan.
