ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a hospitality team member who enjoys great service and can confidently work across food, beverage and functions. You'll help create a welcoming experience for guests and keep service running smoothly.

In this role, you'll:
n

Deliver friendly, attentive service across the venue
n




Prepare and serve beverages with care and attention to presentation
n
Help set up and run functions and events
n
Respond to guest enquiries and work with the team to resolve issues
n
Follow responsible service, food safety and workplace safety requirements
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
You're a reliable team player who stays positive during busy service and takes pride in making guests feel welcome. You'll bring:

Experience in hospitality across food, beverage or functions
n
Good beverage knowledge and bar presentation skills
n
The flexibility to help in different areas of the hotel
n
A current RSA (essential)
n
Availability to work evenings and weekends (essential)
