Job Description
South Tweed Tavern is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations across our casual dining space, Bob's Diner, and a lively Sports Bar. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, guest service, and maintaining a outstanding pub vibe on shift.

Base salary is $80,000 plus Super, bonus scheme, and group discounts. The ideal candidate brings prior bar/bistro supervision experience, a current RSA and RCG, and the energy to be the pub's face when the boss is away.
