We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator (essential)

Strong knowledge of the NDIS, support coordination and participant-centred practice
n
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
The ability to manage a diverse caseload and build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders
