Key responsibilities
n
n
Ensuring the seamless operation of the day to day shifts, including tasks such as coordinating bookings and other related preparations
n
Manage the displays to play the most relevant sporting events in the correct areas
n
Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and maintain quality beverage service
n
Accurate stock maintenance and verification of all incoming inventory items
n
Strong cash handling skills
n
Resolving day to day customer issues
n
Management of staff during the shifts, including ongoing training of new and existing staff
n
Promote the venue and attract new customers
n
Ensure compliance with OH &S; and RGL policies
n
n
Applicants Must Have:
n

A current Approved Manager Card, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate & Hospitality Hygiene for Food Handlers certificate
n
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication
n
Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports bar environment
n
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
n
Full work rights with no restrictions
n
Able to work evenings and weekends, including public holidays as required
n

n
Key Responsibilities:
n

Provide high-quality service and create a positive work environment
n
Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
n
Promote the venue and attract new customers
n
Strong cash handling skills
n
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
n
Monitoring stock levels and re-stocking the bar as needed
n
Ensure compliance with OH&S; and RGL policies
n
n
Applicants Must Have:

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate & Hospitality Hygiene for Food Handlers certificate
n

Greet guests, serve food & drinks, handling customer inquiries

Process orders and payments accurately, using POS systems
n
Maintain cleanliness and ensure food safely in dining areas and bar
n
Maintain strong communication with kitchen and bar staff and restock supplies
n
Assist colleagues and help to train new staff when needed
n

Applicants Must Have:
n
Hospitality for Food Handlers certificate
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
Positive attitude, reliability, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
n
Physical stamina, basic menu knowledge, and attention to detail
n
