Mechanical Fitters and Milling Machine Operators
to join an established workshop based in
Brendale
.
n These are
ongoing positions

long-term/permanent work
for the right candidates.
n MECHANICAL FITTERS | 1–2 POSITIONS We are looking for experienced
Mechanical Fitters
with a strong mechanical background and proven experience working with
pumps and gearboxes
.
n Your duties will include:
n
n
Stripping, assessing, refurbishing and reassembling pumps and gearboxes
n
Mechanical repairs, maintenance and refurbishment
n
Identifying faults and assessing component condition
n
Reading engineering drawings and technical documentation
n
Using workshop machinery and hand tools
n
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, quality and safety
n
Strong pump and gearbox refurbishment experience is essential.
n
MILLING MACHINE OPERATORS | 1–2 POSITIONS
n
nWe are seeking highly experienced
Milling Machine Operators
with strong knowledge of
machine setup and operation
.n
nThe successful candidates will have:n
n
n
Extensive milling experience
n
Strong knowledge of milling machine
setup and operation
n
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
n
Experience selecting tooling, setting speeds/feeds and completing accurate machining
n
Strong understanding of machining tolerances and measurements
n
Ability to work independently and produce quality components
n
Previous
workshop/manufacturing
experience
n
The more experienced you are with milling setup, the better!
n
