Job Description
Suncoast Gold Macadamias is seeking a Team Leader for the Cracker Room in Gympie, QLD. You will supervise a 2–3 person crew, oversee shift operations, and report to the Production Manager. Flexibility to work across rosters is required.

You will ensure GMP, HACCP and WHS compliance, coach the team, and drive safety and quality improvements while maintaining production efficiency in a quick-paced environment.
