passionateCounsellorto
work within this EAP specialist organisation who have a presence worldwide. Thesuccessful candidate willfit the criteria by working alongside the mental health support and operational team, providing ongoing counselling, clinical assessments, case management and support for a variety of complex EAP clients.

As a Counsellorin this position you will be a part of an experienced mental health and operational team working for a private organisation. You will be building a high standard of client care, communication and assistance.
n
What this position includes:

Support clients in need throughout growth of the organisation
n
Help people in risk including background with trauma, anxiety and suicide
n
Focus on building relationships and assisting people with effective communication and procedure
n
Effective one on one programs
n
Provide support via phone and video
n
n




Successful Applicant will have:
n
n
Minimum Masters degree qualification in relevant field
n
Current level 2 registration within ACA or PACFA
n
Experience working within a similar position
n
Understanding and experience of the what the position requires listed above along with of the Australian State Acts
n
Proven written and verbal communication skills of a high standard with relevant keyboard and computer/computer software skills
n
