The Role:
n
We currently have a position available for a 3rd Year Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join our team. This a diverse role which includes looking after a varying range of equipment and sites as well as providing the opportunity to learn or further develop skills in the Building Services – Fire field.
n
Primary Scope
n
n
To provide maintenance services and repairs of commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment.
n
Sound communication with customers, staff and supervisors is essential.
n
3rd or 4th year apprentices may apply.
n
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Diagnosing and repairing commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment
n
Maintenance of commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment
n
Installation of commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment
n
Generating service reports, uploading photo's and maintenance documents
n
Liaising with customers,



suppliers and contractors to source parts and plan work schedules
n
n
Job Requirements:
n
n
Certificate III Refrigerant and Air Conditioning
n
HVAC Contractors license preferred but not essential.
n
Current Australian Driver's License
n
Australian Citizen/Resident
n
n
Experience and competency:
n
n
Strong technical background in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration with proven experience in maintenance and repair.
n
Good work ethic and the ability to work alone as well as with other Technicians.
n
Attention to detail, accuracy in reporting and use of company software (Uptick)
n
Proactive approach to work, organisation of jobs and assessing client needs.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with other team members, customers, maintenance managers and others.
n
n
