About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality or tourism leader to take ownership of a successful and well-established holiday park. AsPark Manager, you will lead all aspects of the operation, balancing commercial performance, guest satisfaction, team development and asset presentation.
This is alive-in management position, with afurnished three-bedroom, one-bathroom residence provided onsite.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
Lead the day-to-day operation of the park, including after-hours call outs when required
Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost control
Recruit, develop and mentor a high-performing team
Maintain exceptional presentation standards across all accommodation, grounds and facilities




Ensure compliance with all health, safety and regulatory requirements
Manage guest feedback, reviews and service recovery to consistently deliver outstanding experiences
Build and maintain relationships with local tourism operators, businesses and community stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and grow business performance
Collaborate with the wider G'day Group network to share best practice and support business initiatives
Provide hands-on operational support where required to ensure the park runs smoothly
About You
You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys building strong teams, driving results and creating memorable guest experiences. You'll bring a balance of commercial acumen, operational expertise and people leadership.
Skills and Experience Include:
Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation, tourism or caravan park management
Strong leadership experience in a multi-faceted operational environment
Current driver's licence
Experience using RMS, Newbook or similar property management systems
Well-developed financial and commercial management skills
Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
Robust operational and asset management capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills




Ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff and external partners
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and after-hours when required
