Customer Service Manager
for their operation in
Campbelltown
.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role managing an established team of six within a busy, high-volume environment. We are specifically looking for someone with
current Customer Service Management experience
, ideally gained within
steel, roofing, building products, manufacturing, wholesale or distribution
.
The significant parts
n

$90,000 - $100,000 + Super
, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate
n
Permanent full-time opportunity
n
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
n
Campbelltown location
n
Lead an established
Customer Service team of six
n
High-volume environment processing approximately
100 orders per day
n
Hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on customer relationships
n
Some after-hours availability may occasionally be required
n
What you will be required to do
n
n
Lead, support and develop a team of six customer service professionals
n
Manage daily workloads and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
n
Monitor team KPIs covering order accuracy, performance and staff retention
n




Coach and train team members and identify development opportunities
n
Conduct regular team and toolbox meetings
n
Build strong relationships with a broad customer base
n
Personally manage escalated enquiries, complex orders and customer issues
n
Work closely with sales, warehouse, production and transport teams
n
Drive improvements across customer service processes and workflows
n
Maintain high service standards within a fast-paced, technical environment
n
Develop a strong understanding of products, customers and internal processes
n
To be successful in the role you will
n
n
Be
currently working in a Customer Service Manager or equivalent leadership position
n
Have proven experience managing and developing a customer service team
n
Bring strong people management, coaching and relationship-building skills
n
Have experience managing team KPIs and performance
n
Be comfortable operating within a high-volume order environment
n
Have strong attention to detail and a focus on order accuracy
n
Be confident managing difficult conversations and customer escalations
n
Possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills
n




Be a hands-on leader who is willing to work alongside the team
n
Ideally have experience within
steel, roofing, building products, manufacturing, wholesale or distribution
n
Experience with
SAP or similar ERP/order management systems
will be highly regarded
n
