The Acute Rehabilitation Unit is a 25-bed unit dedicated to providing patient centred, evidenced based care through a multidisciplinary team-based model to Rehabilitation patients at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Key Responsibilities include:

Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
n
Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health Award) – State **** – Generic Level Statements Nurse Grade 6, Band 1 and the Queensland Public Service values.
n
Understand your broad responsibilities for safety and quality in healthcare,
actively participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities within the workplace and notify a relevant clinical or non-clinical responsible officer when concerns exist about workplace or patient safety.

Remuneration value up to $69,965 p.a, comprising salary rates $***** - $***** p.h., employer contribution to superannuation ******%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (permanent part time position, 38 hrs p.f.).
