As we continue to expand across Australia and New Zealand, we're seeking an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Store Manager to lead one of our growing retail locations.
This role is responsible for driving team performance, customer experience, operational excellence and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced retail setting.

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop the Team
Recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams
Create a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture
Conduct regular performance and development conversations

Deliver sales, wage and KPI targets
Analyse store performance metrics and implement action plans

Lead Store Operations
Manage inventory accuracy, deliveries and stock control
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
Lead successful execution of product launches and promotional campaigns
Champion Customer Experience
Lead from the front during daily trade
Deliver exceptional service standards
Create memorable experiences for collectors, fans and customers

Availability Requirements
Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.
Typical rosters include weekends,



late-night trading and public holidays.
We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.
While rosters are planned in advance, flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential.
