We are currently seeking experienced Physiotherapist to provide support to our residents at BethanieBert England Lodge in Rockingham.
n
This role is offered on apart-time Basis.
n
The successful candidate must be available to work 12 hours per week. We can be flexible with your preferred work pattern.

The Role
n
n
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and prescribing individualised physiotherapy interventions for clients.
n
Planning, developing, and overseeing an engaging group-based therapy and wellness programs at the aged care home.
n
Delivering client-centred wellness and reablement programs, supported by goal-focused care plans that promote independence and quality of life.
n
Providing evidence-based assessments, interventions, and therapy programme tailored to each client's needs.
n
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for customers and their families.

About You
n
n
A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
n
Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
n
Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and clinical information systems.
n
Well-developed clinical assessment and report-writing skills.
n
Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
n
A current National Police Clearance, or the willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
n
A willingness to obtain and maintain required COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccinations in line with organisational requirements.
