n We're seeking a Graduate Surveyor to join our multidisciplinary Dubbo team and contribute to a wide range of projects across the region.
n
About the Role
n
Working closely with our Survey Manager, Registered Surveyor and senior team members, you'll be involved in the delivery of projects from fieldwork through to final plans and reporting.
n
n
Assisting with and progressively leading components of cadastral, engineering and control surveys;
n
Undertaking survey fieldwork, calculations and survey searching;
n
Preparing and drafting survey plans and reports using CAD software (AutoCAD and Topcon Magnet);
n
Supporting the checking, finalisation and filing of plans and documentation;
n
Liaising with internal team members, clients and external stakeholders;
n
Managing survey equipment and vehicles;
n
Contributing to projects in line with agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards.

This role offers a balance of office-based and field work, with exposure to varied environments and project types.
n
About You
n
You're a capable and motivated Graduate Surveyor or early-career Surveyor with some practical experience, ready to take the next step in your career.
n
n
A bachelor's degree in surveying or equivalent;
n
Practical experience across surveying fieldwork and drafting;
n
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Topcon Magnet and Microsoft Office (or similar software programs) and strong IT skills and ability to learn relevant software programs;
n




Working knowledge of relevant surveying and planning legislation;
n
Strong time management, attention to detail and problem‐solving skills;
n
Confident communication skills and the ability to work well in a team;
n
A proactive approach and accountability for your work;
n
A current valid Australian driver's licence.

You'll also have a strong interest in continuing professional development and working towardsRegistered Surveyor accreditation.
