Job Description
Monash Health is seeking an experienced Social Worker Grade 3 for SECADA to provide intake, assessment and counselling for people with alcohol and other drug concerns in Melbourne's southeast. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team.
