Job Description
De Bortoli Wines, Bilbul winery, is seeking an experienced Senior Laboratory Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. You will lead the laboratory, ensure accurate, timely results, and support food safety across our products.

You will work closely with the Laboratory Manager and QA team to drive continuous improvement, method development, and maintain ISO ***** accreditation readiness, while mentoring technicians and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
