About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to guide their warehouse operations in Queenstown . You will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations . You will play a critical role in motivating your team, resolving operational challenges, and contributing to the overall success of the logistics function within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
n
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, and shipping.
n
Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed by the team.
n
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and training.
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient space utilization.
n




Collaborate with management to achieve warehouse operational goals and deadlines.

Requirements
n
n
Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role.
n
Solid understanding of warehouse operations , including inventory management and order fulfillment.
n
Strong leadership and team management skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets.
n
Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
