Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive the performance of multiple business units or retail stores within the assigned geographical area.

Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports (e.g., Store Managers, Unit Leads).

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive management experience, with a proven track record managing multiple locations or business units.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to analyze business data and develop strategic plans.
