Permanent Full-Time Talent Acquisition Partner SOR Location with flexibility Are you an experienced recruiter looking to move into a broad, commercially focused Talent Acquisition Partner role where you can make a real impact across a national workforce?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation operating across the industrial, resources, construction and renewables sectors.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will partner with leaders across the business to deliver end-to-end white collar recruitment solutions while helping shape talent attraction strategies that support continued growth across Western Australia and nationally.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is passionate about finding great talent while influencing hiring decisions across multiple business functions.
About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of white-collar positions, supporting both corporate and operational teams.
Recent recruitment activity has included roles across: Finance and Accounting Human Resources HSE / Safety Procurement and Supply Chain Branch Administration Fleet Management Superintendent and Operational Leadership positions You will take a proactive approach to talent attraction, leveraging market intelligence, talent mapping, sourcing strategies and workforce planning initiatives to build strong talent pipelines several across key locations.
As the business continues to expand within the renewables sector, you will also have exposure to recruiting specialised technical talent and supporting changing workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from briefing through to offer and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities Develop proactive sourcing and talent attraction strategies Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify talent pools Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions Facilitate screening, behavioural interviews and candidate assessments Coach and advise hiring managers on recruitment best practice, interview techniques and candidate experience Support employer branding and employee value proposition (EVP) initiatives Leverage recruitment data and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions Work closely with operational stakeholders across multiple business units and geographic locations Support and provide guidance to recruitment team members where required Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process Utilise Workday and recruitment platforms to manage recruitment activities and reporting About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Approximately 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience Experience within talent acquisition, internal recruitment, agency recruitment, or a combination of both Exposure to industrial, construction, resources, infrastructure, engineering,
logistics or related environments Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience developing talent mapping and sourcing strategies Sound knowledge of contemporary recruitment and interview practices Confidence working in dynamic and fast-changing environments Strong problem-solving capability and commercial thinking Excellent communication and influencing skills Workday experience preferred, or exposure to a relevant ATS and HRIS platform.
