Key Responsibilities: Managing the overall day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth business performance Creating staff rosters and managing workforce requirements efficiently Supervising, training, recruiting, and motivating staff to maintain high operational and customer service standards Managing and monitoring stock levels including inventory control, waste management, and stock ordering Ensuring high standards of product quality, cleanliness, food safety,



and workplace health safety compliance Assisting with promotional advertising and marketing activities to support sales growth and business development Analysing sales figures and operational performance to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints to maintain excellent customer satisfaction Managing cash handling, POS operations, banking procedures, and daily financial reporting Reporting store performance, operational statistics, and improvement strategies to the Franchisee and senior management Maintaining a positive team culture and motivating staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence An ideal candidate must have : Deep understanding of retail operations Robust Leadership and Team Management skills Exceptional communication Skills Resilience and Adaptability Experience Required: Relevant experience in a similar field.
