Responsibilities Lead the design, delivery, and operational management of Windows Server platforms across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Windows infrastructure engineers and subject matter experts, fostering operational excellence and capability uplift.
Own and maintain core Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, ensuring high availability, security, and governance standards.
Administer and optimise Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) to support enterprise patch management, software distribution, asset management, and compliance reporting.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID services, including hybrid identity integration, Conditional Access policies, authentication services, and device lifecycle management.
Oversee VMware vSphere and Nutanix platforms, driving capacity planning, infrastructure lifecycle management, performance tuning, and platform resilience.
Administer and enhance Infoblox solutions for enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) services.
Act as the senior technical escalation point for major infrastructure incidents, leading troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and post-incident remediation activities.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security teams Engage with business stakeholders to translate operational and strategic requirements into scalable, supportable,



and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
Requirements: Good experience as a Wintel Lead for large complex environments Due to access requirements of the role, Australian citizens or Australian Permanent Residents are required.
Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure environments, with a strong track record across large and complex organisations.
Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technologies, spanning Windows Server **** R2 through to Windows Server ****.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), including operating system deployment, software packaging and distribution, patch management, endpoint compliance, and co-management capabilities.
Advanced Active Directory expertise, including enterprise domain architecture, Group Policy management, domain controller administration, trust relationships, replication, and identity services.
Robust experience managing enterprise DNS services, including administration and optimisation of Infoblox DDI platforms.
Proven capability in administering Microsoft Entra ID within hybrid identity environments, including integration, access management, and authentication services.
Strong technical expertise across VMware vSphere environments,



including vCenter administration, ESXi host management, performance tuning, and operational support.
Practical experience managing Nutanix infrastructure, including AHV, AOS, Prism Central, and Prism Element.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation, with the ability to streamline operational processes and improve infrastructure efficiency.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across technical and business teams.
