Growing Investment Manager Competitive remuneration package Excellent internal exposure and career development prospect An established investment manager operating across the Australian real estate market is seeking a Senior Funds Analyst to join its Funds Management team.
This is a broad, commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of funds management, investments, treasury and portfolio management.
You will play a key role in providing the modelling, analysis and insights supporting capital management and investment decisions across the platform.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain sophisticated financial and cash flow models.
Analyse portfolio funding requirements, liquidity and capital deployment.
Assess the financial impact of new and existing investments.
Work closely with investment teams on transaction activity and portfolio movements.
Prepare portfolio analysis, forecasts and reporting.
Support ongoing fund management and investment performance analysis.
Translate complex financial information into explicit commercial insights.




Identify opportunities to enhance modelling, reporting and analytical processes.
About You You will ideally have experience within funds management, private markets, real estate investment, private credit or a similar investment setting.
Advanced financial modelling skills, particularly across cash flow, liquidity or treasury.
Experience analysing investments at a fund or portfolio level.
Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving capability.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
CFA qualification or progress towards CFA would be advantageous.
Experience within private credit or real estate investments would be particularly relevant, although candidates from adjacent investment backgrounds with strong modelling and commercial capabilities are encouraged to apply.
