We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Specialist at ING Asian BBQ Buffet Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for: Develop and implement marketing and advertising plans to promote the restaurant's food, dining experiences and special offers, with the aim of increasing customer engagement and sales.
Identify target customer groups and provide recommendations to management on suitable promotional strategies, communication channels and campaign approaches for reaching local and potential customers.
Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, including promotional content, advertising materials, social media activities and other marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Monitor customer behaviour, preferences and responses to different menu items,



promotions and dining campaigns, and use these findings to improve future marketing activities.
Monitor changes in dining habits, consumer interests and local food and hospitality trends to identify emerging opportunities for the business.
Conduct research into customer demand and market conditions for existing and potential food, beverage and bakery offerings, using relevant market information and statistical data to support business decisions.
Work with management to establish and implement marketing objectives, programs and promotional activities that support the restaurant's ongoing business development and growth.
Undertake market research to identify opportunities to attract new customers and strengthen demand for existing and newly introduced products and services.
Provide advice to management on marketing-related matters, including menu and product positioning, pricing promotions, advertising methods, sales promotion activities and appropriate channels for reaching customers.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities and provide reports and recommendations to management for future improvements.
