You'll independently handle straightforward files within delegation and collaborate with senior colleagues and legal partners on more complex claims.
Your work will include:



Managing enquiries and guiding customers with clarity and empathy Delivering fair, consistent, specialised claims outcomes Assessing coverage, liability and quantum Setting and executing effective resolution strategies Preparing documentation for matters requiring legal involvement Maintaining accurate file standards and following our service model Building positive relationships with clients, regulators and external stakeholders Contributing to team initiatives, improvements and best practice behaviours What you'll bring You'll thrive here if you're proactive, curious and committed to doing right by customers.
We're looking for: Experience managing claims in a casualty portfolio Strong understanding of legislation, civil claims processes and/or PI/PL matters Ability to provide commercial, timely and well-reasoned decisions Excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and comfort working both independently and in a team A law degree is helpful but not essential; health related experience is a bonus Ready to join a team that values balance, flexibility and impact?
