We are currently looking for an ongoing full time experienced Mechanical Assembler (AUTOMOTIVE) to work on the Production Assembly Line (Heavy Automotive Industry) of a leading company in Dandenong South - Immediate start - Casual ongoing, with a view to going PERMANENT after successful trial period (depending on your progress, and available permanent positions) WHAT IS ON OFFER: Casual to Permanent Job Opportunity (After successful trial period - 6 months) Good Pay Rate - $***** per hourly Casual Pay Rate (Permanent rate around $***** per hour) Day Shift Hours - 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday 7.5 hour days - 37.5 hours per week (Overtime Available) Work for a LARGE established company with over 50 years of experience International Company - Global Worldwide JOB SECURITY - Long Standing Employees Regular Barbeques - Team Bonding MUST HAVE: Strong Mechanical Aptitude (Production Assembly Line Experience Highly Regarded) Passion for Automotive Assembly Industry - Enjoy using spanners, rachets, torque wrench, power air tools etc..

All for Automotive Assembly work (mechanically minded) Be physically fit and capable of lifting (All lifting aids/cranes/hoists available) Valuable Communication Skills (written verbal) Follow paperwork - drawings, specifications etc..

Be willing to do a drug and alcohol and a physical capacity assessment (if required) Be reliable and able to commit to long term ongoing work MONDAY to FRIDAY (5 DAYS PER WEEK) JOB REQUIRMENTS: Working hours are: 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) CASUAL TO PERMANENT Casual Payrate: $***** per hourly.
Occasional Overtime as required This is an ongoing role (IMMEDIATE START) if successful after interview with a strong view to permanency for the right candidate.
