Varsity Ringwood is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen as we launch Victoria's first Varsity venue.
You'll build a current BOH team, establish standards from day one and drive the opening with energy, quality and a Great Times attitude.
You'll train with our WA team before the Melbourne launch, ensure food safety and kitchen compliance, manage stock and labour, and partner with the Venue Manager to deliver Varsity's signature experience to guests from Day One.
