The Opportunity Joining a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll advise on sophisticated front-end construction and projects matters, including: Procurement strategies and project delivery models Tender documentation and contract negotiations Drafting and negotiation of standard form and bespoke construction contracts Project structuring, risk allocation and regulatory considerations Strategic advice across the full project lifecycle You'll work across a broad range of sectors, including: Transport infrastructure, including rail, roads and airports Energy transition, generation, transmission and storage Oil gas and natural resources Water and utilities Social infrastructure and commercial developments The work is complex, high value and often nationally significant, providing exposure to some of Australia's most important infrastructure projects, as well as major international developments.
About You This opportunity will suit a Senior Associate with front-end construction, projects or infrastructure experience gained in private practice or an in-house environment.
Ideally, you'll have experience advising project owners,



principals or contractors and be confident drafting and negotiating construction documentation while delivering commercially focused, pragmatic advice.
You'll be a collaborative practitioner who enjoys developing strong client relationships and contributing to a high-performing, market-leading team.
