We are currently seeking HR Adviser to join our team on a full time basis.
For a successful candidate an annual salary of $80,000 will be offered.
Responsibilities: Provide human resource advice and support to managers and employees in workforce planning, job design, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution and off-boarding Collaborate with managers to create effective recruitment and hiring processes including advertising for job vacancies, arranging interviews and conducting screenings.
Training managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques and recruitment procedures.
Advise managers on employee performance, disciplinary matters and workplace relations.
Discuss terms and conditions of employment and benefits with employees.
Design, implement and improve company and employee policies, employment agreements and HR procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation,



awards and agreements.
Coordinate the appointment process for potential employees.
Evaluate and update job descriptions.
Use human resource software to input and compile data on employees and updating the records regularly.
Act as the point of contact for managers and employees and respond to human resources queries from employees and managers.
Manage employee relations including responding to requests, queries, or problems and facilitating conflict resolutions.
Write and present information briefings on a range of human resource related topics.
