Premium portfolio of only 4-5 Tier 1 buildings WFH flexibility 2-3 days per week An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Owners Corporation Manager to join a leading Melbourne strata management business and take ownership of a newly established, premium portfolio.
You'll manage just 4-5 Tier 1 buildings comprising approximately 1,*****,500 lots, working with sophisticated owners, committees and stakeholders across some of Melbourne's high-end residential and mixed-use developments.
This position will play an important role in the continued growth of the business and is ideally suited to an experienced Owners Corporation professional who enjoys complex buildings, high-level client relationships and being part of a growing operation.

Rather than inheriting a large collection of smaller schemes, this position is focused on a small number of substantial Tier 1 buildings, providing the opportunity to specialise in complex, high-quality Owners Corporation Management.
Your responsibilities will include :



Managing approximately 4-5 Tier 1 buildings / 1,*****,500 lots Building strong relationships with owners committees, contractors and key stakeholders Preparing and managing budgets, levies and financial reporting Chairing and attending AGMs, committee meetings and owner meetings Overseeing building maintenance, compliance and capital works Liaising with internal administration, compliance and accounts teams Providing high-level advice and solutions to clients Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client satisfaction Identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and additional services About You We're looking for an experienced Owners Corporation professional who is comfortable operating at a senior level and managing substantial or complex schemes.
You'll ideally bring : Proven experience managing large, high-end or complex Owners Corporation portfolios Strong knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act **** (VIC) and relevant legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capability Confidence chairing meetings and managing challenging situations A proactive and solutions-focused approach The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a supportive team A genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of the business Why Make the Move?
