Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday position based at our Jandakot Workshop, WA Fully maintained company vehicle Lead Asset Maintenance operations across WA and make a direct impact on state-wide performance Partner with senior leadership to drive asset performance, maintenance efficiency and safety Fitness Passport membership with access to gyms and fitness facilities across Australia Why you'll love working here Take ownership of a key state-wide leadership role Work alongside senior leadership with genuine influence on business performance Lead a skilled maintenance team in a safety-first environment Enjoy a supportive culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement What you'll be doing Lead Asset Maintenance operations across WA, covering fleet, mobile plant and fixed plant assets Manage the full asset lifecycle, including utilisation, procurement, delivery, optimisation and disposal Provide technical advice to operational managers and key stakeholders on asset performance and maintenance · Provide leadership and technical direction to the maintenance team Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, workshop assurance and contractor coordination across WA sites Analyse maintenance trends, asset utilisation and costs to drive performance,



safety and asset optimisation What you'll bring Trade qualification and strong background as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or similar Experience in asset and maintenance management across fleet, plant or heavy equipment Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach Proven leadership experience with strong team and contractor management skills Understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance costs, P L and procurement Strong safety focus with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Who we are At REMONDIS, you'll be part of a cleaner, more sustainable future.
