About the role We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Sports Clinic NQ.
The role operates every Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30am – 4:00pm, with occasional Thursday relief if required.
Key responsibilities Blood collection for PRP treatments Shockwave therapy Employment and Dive Medicals Immunisations Updating and maintaining patient clinical information Stock management and ordering Maintaining medical equipment and kits Assisting doctors with clinical and administrative tasks Ensuring a high standard of patient care throughout the clinic About you Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Previous experience taking blood or cannulating preferred Friendly,
positive and approachable Takes genuine pride in providing exceptional patient care Communicates clearly and confidently with both patients and health professionals Works well independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organisational skills Comfortable communicating when there are delays or competing priorities Eye for detail and genuine interest in improving the way things are done Can multitask and confidently manage a busy clinic environment About us Sports Clinic NQ is a Townsville based specialist clinic with a team of doctors focused on musculoskeletal, exercise and sports medicine.
