This is more than an administration role.
It's an opportunity to work side-by-side with an experienced and highly regarded Project Manager on a major infrastructure project, gaining hands-on exposure to project delivery, stakeholder engagement, construction operations and leadership.

About the Role As the Executive Assistant to the Project Manager, you will be the central point of coordination across the project team, helping keep people, information and activities running smoothly.
Working closely with senior project leaders, contractors and stakeholders, you'll gain broad exposure to every stage of a major infrastructure project while developing skills that are highly sought after across the construction, engineering and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities Provide executive support to the Project Manager and leadership team.
Coordinate meetings, calendars, reports and project communications.
Manage project documentation, records and reporting requirements.
Arrange travel, accommodation and mobilisation of project personnel.
Support workforce onboarding and administration activities.
Assist with stakeholder and community engagement initiatives.
Coordinate events, workshops and community information sessions.
Prepare presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and local service providers.




Provide general project coordination support across the project team.
About You You may already be working as an Executive Assistant, Project Administrator, Team Coordinator, Property or Hospitality Manager and are ready to build a career in project management.
You will bring: Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
A willingness to learn and develop within a project environment.
A White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, government or project environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
