Hours:
We are currently seeking candidates available to work around ******* hours per fortnight.
Availability:
You
must
be available on Wednesdays and work 3–4 days per week, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Shifts may range from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Shifts:
Typically
1–3 hours per client
, with travel between multiple clients throughout the day.
Remuneration:
Minimum Level 2.1 – $***** per hour + superannuation + NFP salary packaging.
Salary packaging of up to $18,550 + paid travel time + kilometre reimbursement + paid training + Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

80% or more of your shifts will involve Domestic Assistance, along with Social Support and Personal Care.

Permanent Part-Time Support Workers
to provide quality, person-centred support to QCSS clients in their own homes across Brisbane's northern suburbs.
About QCSS
The Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) supports people to live independently and stay connected with their community.
As a Support Worker, you will provide adaptable, non-clinical support that promotes choice, dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities May Include
Providing
domestic assistance
, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Supporting clients to maintain independence and achieve their personal goals
Facilitating social and community participation through companionship and outings
Transporting clients and assisting with shopping, errands and appointments using your own vehicle
Building respectful, trusting relationships while promoting dignity, choice, privacy and independence
We Are Looking For Caring and Reliable Support Workers Who
Hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Community Services or a related field;
or
Have experience in support work, cleaning, hospitality or similar roles
Have a genuine passion for supporting people to live independently,



with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are caring, reliable and respectful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Role Requirements
Australian working rights
Current Australian Driver Licence – Open or Green P Plates
Current Queensland motor vehicle registration
Access to a reliable, insured and roadworthy vehicle
Willing to obtain
A Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
