The job you will love, includes these key accountabilities: Act as subject matter expert in relation to whole goods product/ service quality.
Undertake customer engagement/ experience activity including with suppliers and customers on cases under management and to resolve identified product/ service issues and provide/remediate for longer term solution/s Undertake investigations, inspections and assessments related to a range of quality issues, such as shortage, loss, damage, loading and packaging, wrong supply and manufacturing defects, delivery delays, handling requirements and administrative processing errors Assist with the setup of a Quality Management System (QMS) and actively support all aspects of implementation, operation and maintenance Undertake data entry and data integrity.
Maintain and update a range of systems and records, such as, but not limited to; case management software, product returns, claims management, inventory, orders/adjustments,



job logs and SAP order updates Prioritise and provide timely and accurate responses to enquiries through a variety of mediums including but not limited to email and phone, and provide a range of support, care and solutions focused service to Dealers and customers Recommend, with evidence, decisions to be taken by Kubota in relation to action, such as returns, claims, referral for warranty claim, etc Assist with the initiation of, and investigation into, insurance or vendor claims (as instructed) Support vendor reviews and interpret vendor performance and incident reports, identifying key quality risks, and potential corrective actions or improvements, communicating and monitoring these as appropriate Undertake systems audits and physical audits/ stocktakes May lead small initiatives/ projects or participate in a range of cross-functional or supply chain related projects Prepare a range of ad hoc and scheduled reporting, for monitoring, status reporting and managerial decision making Requirements To apply you should be an Australian citizen/ resident or have permanent and unrestricted right to work in Australia.
Your profile would likely include: Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent) secondary education Relevant trade qualification (desired) or commensurate technical/ mechanical experience born from a love of all things mechanical Significant hands on experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics including exposure to warehouse and transport operations,



with experience gained preferably within manufacturing/ industrial/ agricultural sector/s Strong applied experience of Australian and New Zealand standards relating to product and safety and awareness of other relevant legislation/ regulation Demonstrated generalist mechanical knowledge including understanding schematics and parts breakdowns Exposure to parts interpretation (desired) Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with telephony, reporting and business writing skills being particularly important Proven analytical and problem-solving capability resulting in sound evidence-based decisions being recommended.
