Full-time, permanent opportunity Hands-on position, be involved in day-to day operation, while developing the skills to lead and support Stable and growing Australian manufacturer Supportive team environment About the Role As the Dispatch Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, packed and dispatched on time.
You'll work closely with freight providers, assist customers collecting orders, monitor stock levels and help maintain an organised warehouse environment.
Following your training period, you'll take on responsibility for leading the dispatch team and helping drive operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in day-to-day dispatch operations while developing the skills to lead and support the wider dispatch team.
Key Responsibilities Booking freight and liaising with transport and logistics providers Packing, dispatching and tracking customer orders Reeling and preparing rope products for shipment Labelling finished products Assisting customers collecting orders Providing basic customer service and product support Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required Maintaining a clean,



safe and organised work area Supporting and leading the dispatch team once training is complete About You Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to take initiative and work as part of a team Previous warehouse, dispatch, logistics or export experience highly regarded Experience with KIS Logistics and Reckon Accounts Hosted advantageous but not essential Forklift licence highly regarded but not required Join a Business That's Going Places We're recruiting for a long-established specialist rope manufacturer in Arundel, with more than 20 years of success supplying premium rope products across Australia and internationally.
