We are seeking a motivated IT Product Manager to join our team based in Milton, Brisbane.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and end users to identify opportunities, shape product direction and drive successful outcomes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle for a portfolio of technology products that support a divisional stream within Golding by: Engaging with the product owner and business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business challenges, user needs and operational constraints.
Defining and communicating the product vision, value and success measures aligned with business strategy and stakeholder priorities.
Developing, owning and maintaining product roadmaps, translating business needs into explicit and prioritised backlog items.
Facilitating prioritisation and trade-off discussions to align resources with the highest-value opportunities.
Driving the product outcomes, by leading cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, vendors and stakeholders to deliver solutions that realise business outcomes.
Maintaining the alignment of divisional products to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and long-term technology platform strategies.
Participating in product delivery activities including backlog refinement, user acceptance testing, documentation and change readiness.




Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise business processes through product innovation and continuous improvement.
About You You have a passion for technology and a proven ability to translate business challenges into effective digital solutions that deliver business value.
You excel at building relationships, influencing decisions and driving outcomes in complex environments.
5+ years Demonstrated experience in Product or Project Management, Digital Product Ownership roles Proven capability in stakeholder engagement and influencing outcomes across multiple levels of an organisation.
Strong business analysis and delivery management skills working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with a focus on business value realisation.
Experience working with enterprise applications, digital platforms and data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication, facilitation and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Product or Project Management or a related discipline.
