About the role We are seeking a motivated Clinical Quality Business Partner (Enrolled Nurse) to join our Governance team in a permanent part-time position, working 3 days per week.
Reporting to the Clinical Governance Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical knowledge and professional experience to support governance, risk, compliance and continuous improvement across CSI.
This role is ideal for an Enrolled Nurse looking to transition from direct clinical care while continuing to make a meaningful impact on client outcomes.
You will support the delivery of safe, person-centred services by identifying risks, maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance activities, and contributing to organisational improvement initiatives.
Working closely with leaders and operational teams, you will assist with governance frameworks, audits, accreditation activities, incident management, reporting,



and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities Support the Clinical Governance Manager in maintaining governance, compliance and quality systems.
Assist with audits, accreditation processes and improvement initiatives.
Monitor incidents, risks and emerging trends to support service excellence.
Maintain governance, risk and compliance registers.
Assist in preparing reports and performance data for organisational decision-making.
Ensure records, documentation and systems are maintained accurately.
Support compliance with relevant legislation, NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care requirements.
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and client-centred practice.
About You You are organised, analytical and committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients.
You may be an Enrolled Nurse seeking a new career pathway, a healthcare professional transitioning from frontline practice, or someone with experience in clinical governance, quality and compliance.
You are confident working with data, systems and documentation, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and performance.
Most importantly, you want your work to contribute to better outcomes for the people we support.
Key Skills Experience Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Nursing or a related health field.
Experience in clinical governance, quality, compliance, auditing,



clinical administration or a similar role.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Excellent written communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to identify trends and contribute to improvement initiatives.
Understanding of risk management, compliance and quality frameworks.
Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards or similar regulatory environments (desirable).
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Understanding of clinical terminology and common health conditions (desirable).
Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
