Job Description Prepare and manage tribunal applications and responses.
Draft submissions, witness statements and supporting documentation.
Represent the organisation in tribunal proceedings and conciliations where appropriate.
Manage multiple active matters simultaneously from commencement through to resolution.
Liaise with customers, regulators, external legal providers and internal stakeholders.
Investigate complaints, disputes and warranty-related matters.




The Successful Applicant A successful Legal and Compliance General Manager should have: A degree in Law or a related field.
Proven experience in legal and compliance roles within the retail industry.
Has experience in corporate or commercial law.
Strong knowledge of Australian laws and regulations.
Permanent residency Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to provide strategic legal advice in a busy environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in managing contracts and legal documentation.
What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $108,000 to $120,000 AUD.
Permanent position based in Parramatta.
