Position Overview 6 Month Contract The Acquisition Manager is responsible for the delivery of a company-wide marketing acquisition strategy across all channels (digital and traditional) across the Slater and Gordon and affiliated marketing programs.
The Acquisition Manager will partner with relevant agencies to ensure a data-led approach is adopted to deliver the required business objectives.
Key Accountabilities - Create the acquisition marketing strategy in-line with the company wide marketing strategy - delivered on time within budget - With the Head of Client Growth, develop and deliver a growth-driven marketing plan to increase new matters - Manage and develop your team to deliver on business objectives and marketing plans - With the support of your team, work on the planning, co-ordination, integration and execution of varied digital/social and general acquisition initiatives - Manage Creative Agency relationships from briefing through to production - Manage Media Agency (x2) to deliver both traditional and digital media plans including video, Audio, Native, SEM, Social and display - Conduct regular analysis of marketing effectiveness across all acquisition channels,



website data and usability trends.
Develop reports to validate current strategies and measures towards improvement.
Produce KPI reports to present to relevant Stakeholders on marketing activity - Collaborate with other marketing colleagues to integrate and complement marketing strategies and share best practices across multiple channels.
