Previous construction industry experience2.
White Card (WHS Construction Induction Card)3.
Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card, or willingness to obtain4.
Current Police Check,

Asbestos Awareness Certificate6.
Silica Awareness Certificate7.
Ability to work unsupervised8.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively9.
Strong communication skills10.

Experience in residential maintenance and renovation work3.
Ability to read plans and work independently4.
Trade qualifications or apprenticeship progression5.
