About the Role: As Project Manager – Capital Works, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
The portfolio includes buildings, public domain upgrades, town centre revitalisation, streetscapes, parks, roads, stormwater, and other public assets.
You will manage the full project lifecycle, including design management, procurement, contract administration, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The role also involves stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Council frameworks.
Key Requirements: Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or related field Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects through design and construction phases End-to-end project delivery experience,
