What You'll Be Responsible For Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards Assist with rostering, wage control and stock management Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development Lead by example and create a positive,
