Job Description As our Portfolio Group Reservations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful coordination of group bookings across our portfolio of 11 hotels.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing contracted group reservations, from rooming lists and deposits through to post-stay follow-up.
Acting as a key point of contact for group bookings and building robust client relationships.
Ensuring accurate data entry, booking management and reporting across hotel systems.
Collaborating with hotel teams to coordinate group requirements and deliver seamless guest experiences.
Working closely with our Sales and Revenue teams to identify and maximise group business opportunities.
Staying up to date with and promoting the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
Qualifications We're looking for someone who brings both passion and precision to their work.
You will ideally have: Previous experience within the hotel or hospitality industry.
A genuine service-oriented mindset and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Confident, clear and engaging communication and relationship-building skills.




Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
A proactive, solution-focused attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
Full, valid Australian working rights.
Availability to work 38 hours per week.
This position is offered as a 12-month parental leave contract.
