Join our Gold Coast Finance team and be the first point of contact for owners, committee members and suppliers, helping with levy enquiries, payments and account support.
Previous strata experience is an advantage but not essential.
We'll provide training for the right person.
As a Strata Finance Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many finance-related enquiries from lot owners, committees, creditors and suppliers.
You will work closely with our finance team to provide excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of strata financial matters.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has basic accounting knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Previous strata experience is desirable but not essential.
We are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing
Answering phone calls and email enquiries relating to owner and committee finance matters
Responding to creditor and supplier payment enquiries
Contacting owners regarding overdue levy accounts and payment arrangements
Assisting with levy and account enquiries
Supporting the finance team with general administration and ad hoc tasks
Maintaining accurate records and notes within company systems
Working collaboratively with body corporate managers and other internal teams




Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
This role suits you if
you enjoy speaking with people all day and can stay calm and professional when a conversation about an overdue account gets difficult.
It is probably not for you if
you are looking for a back-office bookkeeping role with little customer contact.
Must have
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic accounting or finance knowledge
Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to remain professional and calm in difficult conversations
A team-player attitude, willing to assist wherever needed
The right to work in Australia

Previous strata industry experience
