We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to work across all vehicle brands services by us, and specifically Isuzu, Kia, Hyundai, Renault and GWM.
The Automotive Technician role is crucial to our ability to keep our customers satisfied and the successful candidate will need to undertake and possess: ·Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of motor vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications and service schedules.
·Inspecting vehicles and detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in engines and vehicle components using diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems.
·Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering, suspension and other mechanical components as required for inspection and repair.
·Repairing and replacing worn, damaged or defective parts and reassembling mechanical components in accordance with manufacturers' specifications and service manuals.




·Servicing and repairing vehicles in accordance with repair orders and completing allocated work within required timeframes.
·Testing and adjusting repaired mechanical components and vehicle systems to ensure correct operation and performance.
·Carrying out routine servicing including oil changes, lubrication, engine tune-ups and replacement of serviceable components.
·Maintaining accurate service and repair records and communicating identified faults, required repairs and completed work to relevant service personnel.
·Using workshop tools, diagnostic equipment and technical information to accurately diagnose and rectify vehicle faults.
Qualifications and Skills ·Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent ·Minimum of 1 year experience as a Trade qualified Automotive Technician The salary range is commensurate with experience.
